Downstairs has an open plan livingroom/dining kitchen with 2 leather sofas ( 1 of which is a sofa bed) tv with freeview, wireless broadband connection, cd player, dvd player, table and chairs, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Double bedroom with tv and freeview, shower room with disable shower.
Upstairs there are 2 single beds, tv with freeview, dvd player and ensuite shower room.
Outside there is a small garden at the front, raised garden to the rear with washing line and small patio area.
The property has private off road parking.
